Tawfiq N. Khoury
Chairman Emeritus
Since 1971, Mr. Khoury has been one of the nation's leading diversified builders. In 1984, the National Association of Homebuilders named him National Builder of the Year "for his innovation and leadership in the industry". In 1987, he was named California Pacesetter of the Year by California Builder. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Construction Management from the University of Michigan.

Russ R. Richard
Chairman of the Board
Mr. Richard has worked in real estate for over 35 years, overseeing the development, sale and/or management of thousands of single family, multi-family and rental properties throughout the western United States. Mr. Richard holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Missouri School Mines and Metallurgy (University of Missouri, Rolla).

Jason B. Khoury
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Khoury has worked in the construction and real estate development industry for over 15 years. He has been involved in the construction and development of over 1,000 homes in San Diego. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Planning and Development from the University of Southern California. He also holds a California General Contractor's License. He is also a member of the Young President's Organization, a member of the San Diego and Riverside Building Industry Associations and a member of the AGC.

Clark Wardle
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Wardle's responsibilities include finance and treasury functions, accounting operations and risk management. He has over 20 years of executive level finance, entitlement and development experience with some of the nation's premier development companies. Prior to joining Pacific Scene Homes, Mr. Wardle was an executive officer at Capital Pacific Holdings, Westinghouse Communities, Koll Development Company, Birtcher Real Estate and The Irvine Company. Mr. Wardle graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Accounting and Economics. He began his career in public accounting with Arthur Andersen and has held licenses as a Certified Public Accountant and a Real Estate Broker.

MANAGEMENT TEAM

Allen D. Eads
Vice President and Project Manager
Mr Eads has worked in the construction industry for over eight years in both Indiana and California. Mr. Eads holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Purdue University.

Kris K. Hui
Project Manager
Mr. Hui is a project manager at Pacific Scene Homes. Prior to joining Pacific Scene in 2005, he has worked in various positions within the real estate industry and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Boston College, and a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Hawaii.
