Legacy Building Services and Pacific Scene Development Services was retained by California Bank and Trust to conduct due diligence and develop a completion plan for a 55 lot subdivision in Harbison Canyon area of Alpine.  The site work was approximately 60% complete when the project stopped in late 2007. 

In September of 2008 Legacy and Pacific Scene Development Services provided construction management services to re-start and complete a partially graded subdivision in Sierra Madre, CA for which Douglas Wilson Company had been appointed the receiver.
