Description
The County of San Diego hired Legacy on this design-buid project which included a new administration building and 30 residential units for the 300-acre San Pasqual Academy Campus. Using IPD and LEAN Construction principals, our team put together an overall master plan for the campus which assisted in bringing long-term sustainability to the Academy while building a strong sense of community. The project received a record breaking 30 LEED Platinum Certifications and one LEED Silver Certification.

Description
This landmark Design-Build project is designed to celebrate the community of Lemon Grove, and to provide new educational opportunites to the youth. The historically significant Lemon Grove Middle School site will be redeveloped to include a new joint-use community library and complete campus modernization. The twin projects will be paid with the revenues from the sale of Proposition W bonds, which district voters approved in 2008.

Description
Legacy is the Construction Manager on this Multiple-Prime project to renovate The Miramar Aviation Maintenance Building for San Diego Community College District. The project will renovate the existing 15,300 SF building and will include retrofit of existing classrooms and lab spaces and the construction of new classroom spaces.

Description
Legacy Building Services is worked with the San Diego Community College District to deliver this new 300 car parking structure for the North City Campus (grade plus two levels). The structure is built to support the new 40,500 square foot classroom building designed to be constructed just to the north.

Description
Legacy Building Services completed a new four-story 50-unit student housing project near San Diego State University. Located adjacent to the SDSU campus, the eco-friendly, LEED Certified project includes 2-levels of subterranean parking, a multipurpose room, two open courtyards, and ground-floor retail. The project was ready for move-in for the fall semester of 2011.

Description
The new Science Building for Grossmont Union High School District includes 12 lecture laboratories and two science prep rooms. This two story, 30,000 square foot wood framed structure is equipped with college-prep level equipment and facilities.

Description
Missions Student Housing consisted of a new 72 Unit, 258 Bed, 4-story student apartment residence. Included was demolition and removal of an existing building. The University of San Diego is a Catholic University founded in 1949. This component of housing adds 258 new beds to USD’s inventory. This project was completed as a component of the Student Housing Complex at USD.

Description
Alcala Vista Residence Hall at University of San Diego is a 3-story wood framed structure with 132 beds. Designed to fit within the campus architectural guidelines, this residence hall provides students with a variety of high technology amenities. This project was completed as a component of the USD Student housing complex.

Description
The mixed-use transit oriented development (TOD) project includes a four-story, 163 unit apartment building over partially below grade parking. With a courtyard pool and spa, theatre, exercise room, game room and meeting facilities, residents have access to a variety of amenities. Down the hill from USD, the property caters to university students.

This state-of-the-art wellness and dining focused facility is located in the heart of Missions housing complex. Designed to strengthen the minds, bodies and spirits of students, the fitness center features a yoga/pilates exercise rooom, cardio equipment, strength training and more. The Missions Cafe is a full-service coffee/juice bar and sandwich shop featuring an assortment of healthy food choice and late night snack options including fresh organic foods such as sandwiches, salads, plus frozen yogurt.
