DescriptionIn September of 2008 Legacy and Pacific Scene Development Services provided construction management services to re-start and complete a partially graded subdivision in Sierra Madre, CA for which Douglas Wilson Company had been appointed the receiver. The project was situated on a hillside and posed major erosion issues with the coming winter. An aggressive erosion control plan was quickly implemented, the subcontractors were re-engaged, and the site work continued through the winter months.
