Each unit is a tri-level with water and Yacht Club views. This 21,000-square-foot project is above one level of subterranean parking. The original site required demolition of two existing office buildings.

Designed by Richard Yen & Associates, the three-story townhomes are a combination of cast-in-place concrete, structural steel and wood framing with a contemporary design to take maximum advantage of the views to San Diego Bay and downtown San Diego. Copper panels and stainless steel railings accentuate the post-modern design.
